FIFA 11+ a warm up proven to reduce injury

This warm up program has shown a 39% reduction in injury in sub elite football if performed twice per week. The more frequently it is performed per week the lower the risk of injury in participants.

FIFA 11+combines slow speed running exercises, core and leg strengthening exercises, active stretching, balance and proprioceptive exercises (neuromuscular control) agility, plyometrics and progresses to moderate-high speed running drills like cutting/pivoting.
